Bio-Cup Ltd, a division of Foodpac Technology Ltd, has been established to bring sustainable solutions to the foodservice industry. Working in partnership with possibly the largest pulp and board manufacture Globally and our cup forming partner with the capacity to produce in excess of 3 billion units per annum, we are pleased to deliver the new generation of aqueous dispersion coating technology. Our unique formula developed and produced in-house now provides a commercially viable product for major brands.

First-generation aqueous coatings can only be run on slow output machines, therefore, unable to meet the demands of high volume end users. The method of application and the formula has led to cups failing and having leakage issues. Our new formula designed out the elements causing these issues and, with an advanced method of application and cup forming, combine to deliver a stable product available in huge volumes with a variety of finishes to accommodate the style of any major brand.  Check out our unique reverse ripple structure.

We welcome contact from end users and their distributors to discuss small and large volume opportunities. The minimum run for bespoke designs is 100,000 per design per size. But if you require 500 million cups per annum or more, we can handle this volume comfortably.
